Ceramic artist Kattri Taklaja

I do the applied and artistic ceramics. One my big passions is to make jewelry of porcelain, which is a plentiful and noble material. I like to create my own forms and to paint it to give the perfect finishing. Clay, as material has it’s own laws that is, what attracts me.

The message, expressed by the piece of art, has always been very important for me.

Free flow of thoughts, which comes from the misty spheres of unconsciousness leads me to the new artistic solutions. This flow bases on experiences, memories like flashbacks from the childhood and everything else experienced during the life.

I also accept special orders, a collaboration between the artist and the customer. If you are interested in my artworks please contact me.
